I suppose I’ll start by telling you where I 
  come from. I was born and raised in 
    Fort Dodge, Iowa. I’ve always had an 
	   interest in art; drawing, painting, 
        sculpture.. all kinds! I started hanging 
         out at Permanent Collection in my 
          early teen years and I was instantly
           interested in tattooing.
		  
           I started my apprenticeship at 
          age 17 and served that for about 
         a year. I started out by helping out 
       around the shop - cleaning, running 
     errands, getting things for the artists,
  etc. Soon I was sitting in the artists' 
stations; watching them set up for a tattoo,

what supplies they were using, and finally how they were using their machines, needles, and inks. Shortly after that I was tattooing grapefruits and on my 18th birthday I gave my first tattoo and received my first tattoo. I have been tattooing ever since!

I love what I do and I can't see myself doing anything but tattooing. I can't wait to see where it takes me in my future!
